Temporary Timetable alterations for the second week of school holidays:

Classes as normal up to & including Saturday 26/9.

Monday 28/9 - NO CLASSES - Saturday 3/10 - NO CLASSES - Monday 5/10 - 9.15am Lions (1 class only due to public holiday).

Normal timetable resumes from Saturday 10/10.

Please remember: Bookings are still ESSENTIAL

Yoga Class Timetable

Face to face classes have recommenced.

Classes will return to an on-line format if the need arises.

  1. Pre-book (spots are strictly limited)

  2. BYO Equipment (no share equipment will be available)

  3. Give 24 hrs notice if cancelling (so that someone on the wait list can use the spot)

  4. Do not attend if feeling unwell (many of my students are immune compromised!)

  5. No shows will be charged the full fee.

  6. Please do not arrive any sooner than 10 minutes prior to class start time.

  7. Use the provided hand sanitiser upon entry and exit.

  8. Positions for the mats will be clearly marked out following Covid safe protocols.

  9. Practice good hygiene etiquette.
