Service Description

Resolve your aches & pains with a Therapeutic Massage. Using a combination of Soft Tissue Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Myosfascial Cupping Therapy and Chinese Acupressure this will get you feeling better in no time. You may be given an exercise or two to do at home after the appointment to help rectify the catalyst of the problem.

Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Strict Covid safe processes must be adhered to. Classes MUST be pre-booked, BYO equipment, Do not attend class if feeling unwell, give 24 hours notice if cancelling so that I can offer the place to someone on the wait list, full fee is payable for no-shows. For private appointments, please reschedule your appointment if you feel unwell. Full fee is payable for no-shows. For Retreats, please read your registration form thoroughly for the cancellation policy.
