Face to face group Yoga classes have resumed as per stage 3 of the QLD governments roadmap to easing restrictions & strict Covid safe processes must be adhered to.
Classes MUST be pre-booked. (bookings will close 12 hours prior to class)
Do not attend class if feeling unwell
24 hours notice must be given if cancelling your spot
Classes will return to an on-line format if the need arises.

& Diplomas in Naturopathic Nutrition & Massage.

Temporary Timetable alterations for the second week of school holidays:
Classes as normal up to & including Saturday 26/9.
Monday 28/9 - NO CLASSES - Saturday 3/10 - NO CLASSES - Monday 5/10 - 9.15am Lions (1 class only due to public holiday).
Normal timetable resumes from Saturday 10/10.
