Therapeutic Day Retreat

Service Description

Get the weight of the world off your shoulders with this Day retreat. Spend a relaxing day focusing on you and your Well-being. Services include a private & personalised Yoga Therapy session, a personalised Therapeutic Massage, a personalised Meditation session and an afternoon Yoga Nidra. A Healthy lunch, light snacks & herbal teas are provided. An optional swim in the pool is included in the warmer months. This Day-long studio-based Retreat will leave you feeling relaxed & rejuvenated.

Cancellation Policy

Private appointments: Please give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling your appointment. Late notifications & No-shows will be charged the full fee. Group Classes: Please give as much notice as possible if cancelling your spot. No-shows will be charged the full fee. Teacher Training: Please refer to your Enrolment Application. Retreats & Workshops: Please refer to your Registration Form.
